I’ve just been looking back on photos from the past few years and while, yes, I have absolutely gained so much weight, fuck yeah I’ve had so much fun.
Tomorrow I will attempt to pick up one of the strays and bring them to this makeshift cat motel.
Then they’ll be taken to the vet to be spayed and brought back to recover.

Neither. I did a 12 week active weightloss run with calorie counting a few months ago. I notice one month, a third of my calories were from sugar/lollies. I finished the 12 weeks, stopped tracking my food but also stopped eating so much crap. Still losing weight.

You could put down some chords to wild out under. I haven’t looked into it fully but there are probably some percussion presets you could loop for practice that’s more interesting than a metronome.
