

I’ve made some plans to deal with my oversupply of tomatoes. I’ll make some bruchetta mix with the ripe tomatoes and a salsa verde with the green tomatoes. I’ve made the bruchetta mix before, it’s basically tomatoes pickled in wine & vinegar, it also works well with toast & eggs for breakfast, and mixes nicely with mushrooms too.


That would be one way to get sent home from work.
