Before today, I was kinda dreading the Florida game in 2 weeks, but now I’m kinda more worried about the Mizzou game next month
(Tbh, it’s largely because we get Florida at home and Mizzou away, and the horns are waaayyy better at DKR)

Ooooo yummy. Keeping it classic or doing a spin on it? What yeast?
It’s a classic festbier. But I decided to do a decoction for a more toasty flavor. I used SafAle US-05 yeast because I want a clean finish and let the grain shine through.
It was a 12 pound grain bill, so I’m hoping it lands somewhere in the middle between a festbier and marzen.
