Before today, I was kinda dreading the Florida game in 2 weeks, but now I’m kinda more worried about the Mizzou game next month
(Tbh, it’s largely because we get Florida at home and Mizzou away, and the horns are waaayyy better at DKR)

The offense (before today) has glossed over the fact that this defense is honestly not very good.
Corner just let him run by and the safety made a half hearted tackle. Secondary is definitely UF’s weakness. On the flip side, Mizzou is selling out to stop the run so it’s on Philo to take advantage.
To be totally clear. I really do not like mizzou. For a variety of nearly totally mundane personal reasons. But I hate florida even more so I hope the tigers win a slop fest

I watched a good chunk of that game and I swear the broadcast crew talked more about the new stadium than the actual game.
I have mixed feelings about it - yeah it’s nice but it feels like a pro stadium and has none of the soul that old Ryan Field (and most CFB stadia) had

Ooooo yummy. Keeping it classic or doing a spin on it? What yeast?
It’s a classic festbier. But I decided to do a decoction for a more toasty flavor. I used SafAle US-05 yeast because I want a clean finish and let the grain shine through.
It was a 12 pound grain bill, so I’m hoping it lands somewhere in the middle between a festbier and marzen.
Oooh, what are we brewing? I made mead years ago and that was a ton of fun
I know it’s a little late, but I’m brewing an Oktoberfest. It should be ready at the end of October.
