SomEoNE decided that her insulin needed to be at 9am and so now i’m sitting here pulling an all nighter in case she bombs below 3mmol at 3am again

I’m a bit confused. When I had a diabetic cat he got zero say in timing. 7 and 7, no wobbles.

We caught it so early it hadn’t even manifested symptoms yet (showed up in pre-dental blood check) so we’ve got an extremely good shot at getting her in remission.

Night before she was in a normal bgm range and our instructions were that if she was below 12mmol come her timed 6am shot then no insulin, test in an hour, repeat. She bipped riight before the “three hour fuckit we bail this shot” mark.

Last night she was green from 2 until 8, small hypo at 3 so she got a churu, still below 12 right now.
