minus-squarePolar@lemmy.calinkfedilinkarrow-up1·3 years agoI don’t drink, I’ve never done drugs, and I spend 5/7 nights awake. It’s called a sleeping disorder. Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome or Non 24/Free Running. Maybe spend less time being judgy, and more time educating yourself?

I don’t drink, I’ve never done drugs, and I spend 5/7 nights awake.
