I love a blue cheese so i just melt some stilton on top of the steak! My carrots were a little too al dente for my liking but they were nice enough!! Hot honey was delish!!

My grampa worked for Swords so it holds a special place for me! Glad to hear the staff are going to keep the company going!
Happy Friday!! Was off work today and invited my dad and step mum for some dinner. Made wagyu fillet steak with peppercorn sauce for them and stilton for us. Roasted tomato and red onion, onion rings, chips, corn on the cob and hot honey chantenay carrots on the side! Lemon meringue pie for dessert! No plans for the weekend as the weather isn’t going to be great, so might watch some telly or films!
