    Less than a hill I’d die in, and more of a privately held belief: women are, generally speaking, better than men at most things (some exceptions exist). It’s not that there aren’t smart/great men out there. I just think their female peers tend to do a better job.

      The best kitchen crew I ever ran was all women, with the sole man being the absolute worst employee I ever had - who quit because he didn’t like working with women. He probably just heard I wanted to fire him and got out the door before I could.

      I don’t think women are innately better, but they have learned to work harder and better to avoid disproportionate scrutiny and critcism compared to their male peers.
