You live 50 kilometres from your workplace?? What a bunch of bourgeois decadence! Never in human history has that been a sustainable lifestyle choice, except when there was a railway. Other people pay the price for that luxury.
And i don’t decide that. If i were to live near my workplace, house will cost 3 times more, and rent will be doubled than what i paid monthly for my house loan. If i have the money, i would definitely live in the city, but i don’t. Not everyone born and live in a paradise where rent is cheap and public transport is everywhere you know.
