Have they paid her anything yet? It might be useful if YL keeps any record of such payment - such as bank account details etc. The cops could possibly use that to trace the house owners/renters. I’m glad the agency has been informed.

They have paid the agency upfront. YL gets paid once the job is done. She has recorded the entire house with her phone.
