I went for cheap, and syored away. The battery sits at the bottom of the stilt legged coup with a screwed on door to keep water and chickens out. Panel just sits on the roof. I set this all up about 2mo before wyzecam with batteries were announced. Been running ever since. This time of year this area is always cloud covered, and limited daylight. The panel is an older one, not quite as efficient as the one that runs my daytime radiator fans in the hoopouse (no battery, just a 10in and 8in radiator fan that sound like jet engines on full sunny days. I tried the camp ceiling fans but they kept burning out). Fans are mostly to help prevent mold in that one, and keep heat even during summer.

I liked Atlantis. Universe seemed to be barely connected in terms of story. I confess I watched like 2 episodes.

Gonna add 100w solar panel works great (just not this time of year, mine picks back up around February), and get a gel battery 100ah or more. Lead doesn’t cycle as much and doesn’t like cold. A cheap charge controller with usb is all you need to power most cameras (I run two wyzecams with the panel on the top of my chicken coop to watch my driveway) Just know this time of year lacks sunlight, I might get 2 to 5 hours this time of year, with 24h later in the year.

A 12g is a little too big for a home. A 14g works just as well. And breach load isn’t too difficult to reload either. Pistols are harder to aim in a panic, shotguns allow for errors in accuracy. Home defense only, of course. Plus 14g make for decent varmint guns too, if you have issues with invading or dangerous wildlife (coyotes, raccoons, opossums, snakes, etc.)

Guns aren’t inherently bad. Gun worship is bad. Gun ownership without proper safety and use is bad. Gun as a toy philosophy is bad. Gun’s being taught to children as a weapon to destroy those they hate is bad. Guns are a qeapon to be used fr defense, or a tool to hunt to eat. Guns aren’t a hotrod that gets modifications for fun, or a contest to see who can get the most. Teach children they can’t touch guns without supervision, keep them locked up. Practice with guns, read or get training on maintenance and safety. If you are a person who thinks about using a gun more than a few times a week or so you probably should question why you think that way. If you have anything but a sick feeling at the thought of killing someone with a gun you need therapy. Guns are a last resort, and they should be respected as the grim reapers they are.

To me it’s the lack of permanent damage, or any damage visible just a week later. Ears, especially old ears, do not heal back to normal usually. If you pierce an ear it’s always going to have a dimple, even if closed up.

Don’t forget obsessive types, people who are so overcome with desire and worship that it compels them to seek attention (I am NOT well versed in psychology, there is probably waaaay more involved here), which seems the most likely scenario seeing how his cult followers act (and if not a conspiracy false flag).
