This, plus parents and teachers yelling at me for getting frustrated so early in the process. As a kid I was literally told I was “stupid and selfish” for expecting to quickly become good at something (jumping rope). At the same time as I was told I was “mentally r***ed” for not learning other things quickly enough (algebra).

Hear hear. Half my job is helping people and doing creative stuff, which I love. The other half is the most boring drudgery of paperwork I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve literally procrastinated all week on paperwork that is due today in less than 8 hours. Fml.

3·2 months agoI love how his brush strokes are so precise but at the same time loose and stylized. I’m also surprised to see the “Tumblr blush” in use so early!
That looks more like spina bifida.
