France announced that it will roll out the Visio platform across all government departments by 2027.


I dont quite understand why every couple years there’s a new thing to replace something that already works. I thought Site employees in France were supposed to use Tchap, a matrix state run service…
Because every government, everywhere, overpays for some custom software that either never works or everyone hates to use.
From the little I read, Tchap only handles text messages while the article is about video conferencing.
