The form lacks a free text box at the end for additional remarks. I feel like a lot of my answers would have been “it depends”. There is no one way to handle all tables, it’s highly dependent on the players and GM, settings, mood, overall goal, … I answered a lot of 3s as middle ground in between “strongly approve” and “strongly disapprove” not that I don’t care, it just depends. And even when I had stronger opinions about things I feel like it should stay flexible, not fixed in stone. I doubt values from 1 to 5 are going to convey any of this. There isn’t one magic formula that is going to work for everyone or every game.
