I remember during the Obama administration when my MAGA relative (at that time a Tea-Partier) was scaremongering saying that the government was going to send enforcers telling everyone they come across on the street to show ID and proof of citizenship or else they’ll get sent to a concentration camp.
This person today is cheering all of this on.
They’re not against camps, they’re against “their people” being sent there.
Sorry for the awkward wording, it’s not often I get to use all three forms in a single sentence.
You really don’t need to maintain ties with these people, blood doesn’t have to be family.
I realized that about 8 years ago when I went no contact. 🙂
I do still take a peek at their Facebook every now and then just for shits and gigs, to get an idea of what MAGA is freaking out at any given time on the local level.
How about I show you the bill of rights?
