How’d you accomplish the color/texture on the floating gem(?)? It looks so cool. It looks like it has so much depth, and the shading is exquisite.
Literally just a black sharpie on white paper there.
For clarity, I’m talking about this part:
It looks so much more complex to me, color-wise, than just black sharpie!
Sharpie photographs weird, the texture was just how it looks on camera.
Ah, okay!
For clarity, does that mean that the floating gem thing is really as black as its shadow?
