I made it and it was great! I’m going to try replacing the riced potatoes with potato dumbling dough tomorrow, since I’m only making a few buns and it’s too much hassle to cook the potatoes.
It went quite well! The texture was similar to my previous attempt, bouncy but not dense. But the batch with dumpling dough has a much more noticeable potato flavour. I quite like it.
Are they soft and fluffy inside?
Oh yeah.
Then I definitely need a recipe.
