Michigan agreed to stop enforcing a ban on “conversion therapy” for LGBTQ+ children under a federal court order.

U.S. District Court Judge Jane Beckering ruled on July 30 that a Michigan law banning mental health professionals from engaging in talk therapy violates the constitutional right to free speech.
