Funnily, I had a similar experience when I went for a walk yesterday. On Sydney Road footpath, and idk I walk fast? So I tend to overtake window-shoppers/slow walkers where I can. Not in a rush, just walk fast 🤷♀️ overtook three oldies walking three abreast (so taking up the majority of the footpath). Heard them talking shit “what’s her rush?” and “how impatient and disrespectful”. I just shot them a stink eye lol.
Should have mooned them to show what actual disrespect looks like lol
I give very little fucks, and entitled oldies will get a serve from me.
Had one try to cut in line at Woolies once saying ‘It will only be a moment’, i just said ‘No, you’ll wait your turn like everyone else’ and just ignored them after.
If they’re blocking an aisle with a trolley, the trolley gets moved.

yup, no special treatment unless they are actually disabled, just like everyone with a disability is helped
People with disabilities, prams, pregnant and young kids get preferential treatment. They have enough going on in their lives.
Oblivious people get none of that. They get scorn.
