I think your best bet would be Witch Hat Atelier. It has those wonderful fantasy vibes, and probably the best art I’ve ever seen in a manga.

Atelier looks fantastic, but for me it was sadly boring and the magic system they use made absolutely no sense. If you are bored like me after three episodes, drop it, it won’t get better. But who knows, many people like it, maybe it’s up your alley.
