If it’s been going this long you really should go now. Most stomach bugs don’t last more than about 24 hours, this really does sound like something more serious. The longer whatever it is has to establish the harder it is to get rid of and you could be turning a minor problem into something major.
Not to a GP yet but will next week if things don’t change. It’s a bugger of a bug.
