North Korea has rewritten its constitution to erase any goal of reunification with the South. The move locks in Pyongyang leader Kim Jong Un’s shift toward treating Seoul as a permanent adversary.



It’s the other conflict line between the two poles of the multipolar world. It’s an expression of how Korea judges the conflict that is also happening in Ukraine.
I think they signal that they expect that the war escalates and that the two Koreas will have to fight each other.
