the guy is a politician of the Konfederacja, a far right, ultra-nationalist, anti-liberal party or in short a fascist party.

That’s what makes it confusing. The guy is supposed to like swastikas and dislike the Jews. I would also assume he doesn’t like Muslims.

And here he uses swastika as a hate symbol to defend Muslim children. I guess this is the broken clock situation.
