The impression of legitimacy enjoyed by chiropractic is too damn high. I was well into my 20s before I ever heard a single word about it being pseudoscience. Walking around (usually on people’s fucking spines) calling themselves doctors, I absolutely believed it was just some sub-variety of physiotherapy, which I guess is the point. In the whole universe of alternative medicine, I think that has to be the practice which has most effectively disguised itself as conventional medicine. It’s gross.

1·1 year agoFirefox is open-source. Certainly, you’re out of options in terms of “name-brand” browsers, but there’s a number of Firefox forks. On desktop, LibreWolf is the closest thing to mainline and on Android, IronFox is the equivalent.
If you want something more than just “Firefox minus the branding and tracking”, some of the deeper forks are Zen Browser and Floorp.

Is it not obvious that this is the first half of a sentence and has been selectively edited to mislead?
I don’t have video of the Montana rally, but Sanders has talked about this issue repeatedly at the Fight Oligarchy rallies, and here is what he said in LA:
Certainly, there are many who disagree with this half of the sentence, and that’s fine, but it should at least be presented with context.
