I truly hope you’re right, but I just have to ask:

How many people have guns? How many have the ability to shoot with accuracy? How many of those guns are in a working state? How many people have hundreds of rounds of ammo? How many have the mindset to be willing to kill another human being? How many won’t freeze when threatened with lethal force or when actually under fire? How many have the opportunity to be there exactly when this shit happens?

These are all more or less rhetorical questions, as in I don’t need you to go look all of those statistics up and provide them to me. It’s just that many people make it out as if just having a gun means you have the ability, opportunity and intent to use it effectively. It’s just not that simple.

Again, I hope you’re right, and that the US wakes up and takes violent action against these motherfuckers. They’ve gotten away with killing far too many people.

I don’t know you, so I can’t know your life situation, but in the places where I’ve lived, you can absolutely get the vitamins and minerals that you need from a proper balanced diet. And multivitamins in particular, especially ones containing iron and calcium, which interfere with the absorption of other micronutrients, are not a viable solution to a deficient diet.

Vitamin supplements aren’t an optimal way of getting micronutrients. Many of them don’t come in a particularly bioavailable form. And some of them interfere with the absorption of others, making a multivitamin in particular not an ideal solution.

I was walking down the street on a rainy day, and saw a father and his kid walking the opposite way. The dad looked as annoyed as you possibly could by the rain. The kid was the complete opposite, he was having a blast hopping around and splashing the water. Brightened my day. It’s been years, but I still remember it and use it as a reminder not to take life too seriously.
