While i would generally agree I’ve fiddle with htpc and stuff for solo long. Then I broke down a few years ago and bought a cheap TV with GoogleTV (version 10 or something) on it. I removed some bloat via ADB but it still is GoogleTV do I get some ads on the home screen. However I installed SmartTube, Kodi, Jellyfin but also Netflix and Amazon Prime since those are the two services I still subscribed to. And I have to admit I’m a happy camper. I got used to ignoring the ads on the home screen and being able to directly play Netflix/YouTube … whatever without setting up a browser or something on top of Kodi or whatever is just such a breeze.

But specifically for hookups/people you font know that well its proper etiquette to always wear a condom unless discussed otherwise (if you’re both fine with it, and have discussed your health/have recently been tested)

Well, Breaking Bad is already on here and its really good. But to me Better Call Saul is one of, it not the best shows out there. Also doing the whole chronology:
Better Call Saul till the middle of S6 > Breaking Bad > Rest of Better Call Saul > El Camino
Really slaps.

Other than that The Leftovers is quite an underappreciated piece of Television. It simply delivers 3 Season increasingly weird and intriguing and then its just finished.

I also really enjoyed Station 11 bit of a different take on a Post Apocalyptic World and a great miniseries

Honestly. I used to always keep my window open* over the night. This winter was the first I have regularly not opened my window and just opened it for a bit during the day (yes stoßlüften), which I of course did before as well, since I’m German 😅

* when I say “open” I mean my window would usually be tilted open (“gekippt”) not fully opened wide

Phone far too offen. I wouldn’t even need to get up to watch in my TV just turn around in Bed. But often I watch quick videos, or finish a video I’ve started while cooking, on my phone my TV just over there on the Wall. Often I’ll turn off the TV to sleep and just grab my phone and watch half an hour of shorts

Been using GNOME since ~ 3.8/3.10 (so i guess a while now) and out of the box it mostly just works for me. I have maybe 3-4 extensions none of which I desperately rely on (although TopIcons is clutch) and I agree with most design choices. I’ve thought about switching some times but I think all I would do is try to replicate my GNOME workflow elswhere so why bother?
