Is marking something as a political advertisement a requirement and what’s the best way to do that? And just for the original post? Still learning the conventions.

I found that to be a very interesting and moving article despite being unaware of the artists other than to have seen that iconic image of two people with their hair twined together. The videos interspersed throughout the article added context. The one towards the end of the article was particularly poignant. Thank you to OP for sharing.

Marit Stiles attributes Doug Ford’s desire to change the Freedom of Information Act to the court ruling requiring him to share his phone records connected to the Green Belt land scandal where developers who were friends of Doug provided his minister with a list of land they wanted to develop on. 92% of the land on the list was subsequently opened up by Doug’s government for development. It is posited that his phone records will reveal damning evidence in this regard.
It is long but worth watching if you want to get a sense for Marit Stiles’ style. Rehearsed but still she seems far more professional and capable of leading a competent government that focuses on the needs of the people of Ontario than Doug.

I am trying to understand how an assault rifle can cost $10,000.

I would be curious to hear back from the OP. Did any of this advice resonate? Three years later, what’s your story today?
I ask largely because I landed in this thread while searching for my own similar challenges and am interested in knowing what worked and didn’t. I’m also just plain interested in how a fellow human being is doing with what seemed like a challenging point in their life.

Added to my reading list but the synopsis is interesting. The Shallows - What the internet is doing to our brains, by Nicholas Carr.
If it brought you joy, especially repeated joy, none of your investment was wasted. Thanks for sharing that with us.

Not incoherent at all and I appreciate you taking the time to interrupt your beauty sleep to respond. ;)
This technology space has a lot of promise but knowing when it is really ready for prime time is difficult to discern with all the hype. Sounds like it is close, or fully useable depending on use case.
You hit all the key points so no follow up questions. Thanks!

Not the purpose of the thread I know but would you care to share additional information? Model, price, comfort, compatibility, are they good?
Thank you for sharing your thought. I can understand how this might help in a community.
