Sarah Nicole Landry MUST have had a nose job. The image on your left is of Sarah from two years ago (Citytv), and the image on your right is Sarah from her IG stories today. TheBirdspapaya (Sarah) claims she doesn’t filter or edit her face, so the only explanation is that she had a nose job. I wonder who her Dr is?

I hate when they do this. Scammers should pay like the rest of us.
