

I actually hear stretching before a workout isn’t really important. Just that you stretch at all is what matters.
Most weight lifters I know with issues are from pushing too hard or starting too hard. They benched X amount yesterday and start right back there no build up.
Years later their joints are worn out and they develop basically arthritis.
You might not be pushing yourself too far and probably maintain rather than crush your body over and over powerlifter style






I think the bugs are struggling and nobody talks about it.
