Didn’t the Supreme Court decision on Miranda come out before this? So him not having his rights read doesn’t matter?

Even if his arrest is thrown out, can’t he be re-arrested for the alleged assassination?

I got in after pcs were consumer devices but before the Internet (mostly because I was rural).
