I learned today, that if insurance companies come to the conclusion that your death was a suicide, then they don’t even have to pay out your life insurance to your family. Pretty messed up.

Size does matter…Haha rock tumbling humor right? That’s good info, I probably would have been bummed seeing a rock break or think I did something wrong!

Those are some of my favorites, as well. I have lots that were gifts. I don’t think I’ve found any good rocks myself to tumble but I will have to look in the buckets from the coast. There’s got to be something that will tumble well, right? I’ve only ever found small agate from the beach. Does size matter when tumbling?

Hey, thanks for your reply! I started looking at Amazon and the many reviews. Hopefully I can choose a decent one. That’s also reassuring that I can pursue a hobby that doesn’t raise the bills LOL aside from the fun of going out and finding the rocks of course.

Those are beautiful. I’ve wanted to begin rocking tumbling for a while now. Does anyone have any tips to start? I know there are cheap, small ones to start with on Amazon. Would it be better to just start with a nice one? Also, how loud is it truly? Drying running loud? Will it be fine in my garage? Is it energy consuming, electric wise?
