Dinoprostone is essentially reverse tylenol, in that it is essentially just prostaglandin e2, and the cox 2 mediated synthesis of prostaglandin is the reaction tylenol stops (Cox 2 is used for multiple forms of prostaglandin synthesis, but e2 is pretty prominent in the pain reaction). I don’t know how effective it would be as a torture drug, I very much hope the answer is “Not very” given what it’s used for.
