How about we do it together?

How about we do it together?

Sorry, but revolution is a far simpler way to stop corporate greed than trying to change everyone’s buying habits.

Why use AI at all? The environmental costs alone should be a dealbreaker.

Many college degrees (looking at you, biological sciences) don’t even have jobs available for fresh grads. When I graduated I was competing with thousands of others for like 5 jobs in the country. After my internship ran out I was never able to work in the field again.
Schools keep pushing those degrees though because it gives their professors a constant supply of free labor (interning in a lab is usually required to graduate).

Source? Seriously, if you’re going to dispute sources you have to provide a better one.

Ok. Socialism works. How’s that?

The source is the World Bank. They are extremely unlikely to lie about this as their ideology is diametrically opposed to communism.

Most people have to work and do not have the time to home school their children.

There’s only a shortage of doctors because the AMA restricts the number of medical colleges so that the number of doctors is artificially kept low so that they continue to make super high wages.

Wanting to dominate others is a trait of sociopaths, and not something that most humans want.

Do you think being embargoed and blockaded by the majority of the world might have an impact on food availability?

I’m failing to see how militaries existing has anything to do with capitalism starving people to death because it’s not profitable.

Capitalism kills.

USAID has a complicated history. On the one hand, preventing deaths by starvation is absolutely laudable and something that every rich nation should be trying to do. However as a tool for soft power, USAID was used to turn subsistence farmers off of their land so that US companies can buy it or so that the country becomes entirely reliant on the US and will do whatever they say, and that’s pretty evil.
That being said, cutting USAID overnight is the stupidest way to go about fixing the problems that USAID creates (and obviously Trump doesn’t care about the evil side anyway).

The US has always been fine with fascists. We’ve installed a fair few number of them throughout the globe, particularly in South America.

Show me a single country capable of extracting this oil who cares. There isn’t one. This is a capitalism problem, not a Russia problem.

Is it not incumbent upon the rest of society to stop a maniac when he threatens to burn everything down? Inaction in the face of evil is complicity. We all need to start organizing for the revolution.

And everyone who “held their nose” deserve to be criticized every fucking day for their refusal to hold their candidate to a bare minimum standard of ethics, thereby allowing her to run a “status quo” campaign that failed to motivate voters.
I don’t actually believe that, because I don’t believe that voters have any real power in the US to begin with, but maybe you can see how ridiculous you are for blaming the tiny percentage of people with ethics for the failings of your candidate?

This is the moment when “Socialism or Barbarity” is decided. We can either organize, and throw off the chains of capitalism, or we can succumb to the fascist order that the owning class wants.
Well, the perpetrators will lose years of their lives to the prison system, that seems like some lost value.
