Makes sense in chinese setting because it’s reknown culturaly and easy to find other practionners. But even with how good it is for most chronic pain, i think the main criteria still is “what physical practice would you be willing to engage in”, afterall pretty much anything is better than the 0 activity a lot of patients have.
Now for people that already do have an activity but still lots of pain, this is very interesting news!
