Yeah you are definitely correct. The panels and layout look very similar but the tools not so much.

I think you are right, this looks just like inkscape to me.

Are you not making that assumption as well by suggesting it’s not playing because your not in the US?

If a phone is lost or stolen, at least that security of unlocking to tap-to-oay will prevent purchases from being made. A plastic card, not so much.
