It’ll also want to be outside as garlic needs that little bit of cold in the night to produce bulbs. If you keep it indoors though it’ll produce “grass” that you can use like garlic-flavored chives.

Sounds like my climate could just match that, if we don’t start to late - well, seems we need to start now with the shifting climate And I’ve never heard about garlic flavoured chives. That actually sounds delicious and more than worth to try. Thanks :-)

I planted 4-5 garlics in a small pot late fall, I’m about to harvest them. I would say it’s an easy one. Thanks for the tips tho.
