I put 100% trust in this book because every time they tried it, it worked out just flawlessly and everyone was happy forever. The end.
It worked well enough capitalists got scared and went well out of their way to try to kill it. Saying it’s been tried but leaving out multi trillion dollar campaigns to meddle in and undermine it is a bit irresponsible.
The main issue is the human factor and it’s like that in every system. That the USA tried to kill everything different to their ideology didn’t help for sure, but it would have failed nonetheless. We tend to sort people by greed and power hunger and then put the wrong side of the list in charge. In every system.
