    about to start “A Column of Fire” by Ken Follett. I’ve read three other books in this series already. It’s about the lives of several people around a fictional english town throughout the ages. First book is 1100s, second 1300s, this one 1500s, next one 1700s and a prequel set around 998 AD. Can only recommend.

    I’m in the middle of a reread of Gideon the Ninth. I clearly enjoy it enough to reread. I have read the full series.

    I started “The Great When” by Alan Moore today. Not deep enough in to give a thumb direction but I liked most of his short story collection “Illuminations”, except the long short story in the middle about the comic industry, which felt a bit fart sniffy to me.

    I finished Man’s Search for Meaning but want to reread it. Yes, everyone should read it. It adds context and more complexity to the horrors of the holocaust that we choose not to teach in the primary education of the subject.
