He did not have a body camera. He’s got discretion on what he wants to film. Many ICE attacks are not filmed. There has been several other shootings that were not filmed and as a result there has been little backlash against because the ICE lies cannot be debunked.
I mean it would be an improvement if they had body cameras. But don’t give them a cent for anything else.
