This is my favorite deck box. It’s a Boulder from Ultimate Guard and I love the size, sturdiness, and lack of opacity. I love that it’s themed based on a set (as all my decks are themed to a single set), and that it doesn’t have text on it. I was really looking forward to Ultimate Guard having the license for the upcoming Star Trek sets, but they just revealed their Boulder boxes for this set and they’re transparent and covered in text that gives me big “Live, Laugh, Love” vibes.
Anyone have any suggestions for something as compact as this that’s already themed? I’m not opposed to Etsy, but I’m wary of 3D printed things that end up feeling low quality.
I loved the idea of the RTE series from Ultimate Guard, but the build quality of the two that I purchased were terrible and neither of them closed all the way with standard sleeved cars.
The Bastion style boxes? They’re all transparent and hard plastic, aren’t they?
Truth be told, I’m looking for something thematic to hold Star Trek decks. I’m gonna make a Landfall/Strange New Worlds/Blink deck that’s starting with the Landing Party precon as a base. The box doesn’t need to be Star Trek specifically, as I realize there’s licensing issues there, but I like it being somewhat related. For example just got a new playmat for it that isn’t specifically Star Trek themed:

There is also the squire, the bastion and others. https://www.gamegenic.com/product-category/boxes/premium-deck-boxes/
