So currently the situation went from bad to horrible. We did suffered from both drives actually failing which makes the situation more dangerous. Although the drive that initially reported issues and failed was replaced and the Array was rebuilt and reports operational, another drive in the array has reported media errors (during the rebuilt operation).

Dang, this storage failure is brutal! It makes me think how terrifically fragile all our data is… Was it RAID5, by the way?
