I just banned @mysticpickle@lemmy.ca.

For almost the lifetime of this instance, this user would come here and exclusively downvote posts. The stories they downvoted were generally critical of Israel, such as “Israeli Forces Kill Two Children in Gaza as IDF Continues Relentless Attacks” and “Israeli drone attacks kill six Palestinians across Gaza despite ‘ceasefire’” and “It’s a Genocide, I’m Into It’: Seinfeld Mocks Protesters”.

They would generally be the lone dissenter among overwhelming approval from my subscribers.

I was surprised when I checked their profile and they seemed to be a generally progressive person. They never supported Israel openly in any of their posts. They did prioritize the Ukraine war very highly, and expressed a hatred of “tankies”.

I tolerated this behavior for a long time, because it was sporadic. But recently they switched to just downvoting every post I make. So I banned them.

I just thought I would post here to expose their secret Zionism.
