I’m not arguing against it. I understand why they would do it. The idea is just surprising to me and I’m surprised the article only passed over it like it was common knowledge.
I also find it surprising and interesting that Brazil would go to the trouble of setting up in-person voting locations for people outside Brazil instead of just relying on the mail.
