Legal precedent applies to those to can’t read it too
A lot like Utah cops : “gonna find a reason to arrest this guy because I’m a small little boy who never matured beyond 5 year old tantrums”.
Man I hate how corrupt this is. The fact people think the US is free is laughable. Russia is about more “free” than the US.
Note that there is no legal requirement for passengers to provide identification except in states with “stop and identify” statutes:

The driver is always required to provide identification showing that they are licensed to operate the vehicle. I’m not a lawyer, but generally if state law does not require providing identification when requested by law enforcement (e.g. as a passenger), then refusing to do so does not constitute probable cause. In some jurisdictions, the requirement for identification does not actually require documentation, just that you give your name and address.
