Crowds packing Houston’s City Council meeting Tuesday night erupted into chants demanding ICE out of Houston. This was the third consecutive City Council meeting disrupted by community members calling for accountability in the wake of ICE killing Lorenzo Salgado Araujo on July 7. His son Ronaldo later addressed the council, demanding justice for his father and an end to collaboration between Houston police and federal immigration operations.

People need to start treating this like the war it is. They need to go directly after their enemies and it’s important for people in positions of authority to avoid complying with unjust “laws” as much as possible.
