I wanted to like it, guys, really I did, but for fuck’s sake, there’s ZERO feedback when you longpress photos to try and save them? It’s not in the upper menu? Just “save post”? Then while scrolling the whole app freezes and reloads back to page 1 missing your place.
For the last month, I haven’t been able to see my own account’s posts because of some Cloudflare bug despite being able to use the rest of the site and see everyone else’s profile.
It’s really janky, guys. I’m sorry but someone has to say something other than see for yourself.

Being slow and the cloudfare bug is .world instance problems not on .social in my experience which means not a global piefed issue.
While we should strive to improve things, just want to say thank you to .world admins and PieFed devs for doing a fantastic job getting PieFed off the ground this past year. PieFed is still pretty young compared to Lemmy, but everyone is doing amazing work.
I find fedinsfw slow, if either instance is hosted on a VPS I wouldn’t be surprised.
they announced that they are currently getting resource limited this week by their VPS provider because the old lemmy instance and picrs instance were going ham. It should be better next week.
We should honestly boycott corpoproxy instances. I’ll ditch this one soon enough.
