Remember when shorten said lets remove negative gearing and tackle inequality and Scotty held up a piece of coal. People voted for the coal. Its not all about the party. Democracy means stepping up. I am surprised Labour has risen above the line again on this matter given the beating they got before. Greens have some great and defined policies, but people wont vote for them. They didn’t in good times so they certainly wont in tough times.
