Corporations, partnerships, trusts, limited liability companies, and other “artificial entities” have the right to vote in Delaware elections under some circumstances, a judge said in a novel ruling Tuesday.
What we have here is an accelerant to burn this all down. I am mystified as to why. Money was being made. People were contributing to it. We can tolerate a lot and maybe they keep pushing to see how much we’ll take, but at some point it’ll light the fuse and then nobody really gets anything good anymore.
