On the night of September 25, explosions were heard simultaneously in several regions of the Russian Federation. For the Ukrainian Defense Forces, that night proved to be very successful, according to Dialog.UA.
Air defense systems were activated in the Rostov Region, Krasnodar Krai, and Voronezh Region, and, according to preliminary reports, the Novoshakhtinsk Oil Refinery in the Rostov Region may have been attacked.
In Sochi, eyewitnesses captured the moment of the strike on video, after which a fire broke out. There is currently no official information on the consequences of the attack.
It should be noted that the Novoshakhtinsk Oil Refinery is the only operating oil refinery in the Rostov Region. The facility is capable of processing more than 5 million metric tons of crude oil per year and produces fuel oil, heating oil, marine fuel, diesel fuel, and straight-run gasoline.

I suspected that Ukraine might be about to attack some key oil facilities when they offered to sit down with a mediator and Russia to discuss a ceasefire against energy targets.
And they told the world that russia must actually follow through if there would be any kind of cease fire. So I guesd there won’t be one lol.
