New cybersecurity research indicates that one of the world's leading age verification providers collects and shares highly sensitive personal data—including facial photos and device fingerprints—with third parties. The research also reveals that most websites that require age verification don't enforce the policy.
We will have zero privacy at all if they aren’t fuckign stopped. Privacy will be a privilege of the wealthy.
Which, to me at least, was and still is their whole objective.
They don’t give a fuck about (other people’s) kids or our safety. All they want is to make the world a better place for them by keeping us under a permanent leash, and make it impossible for anyone of us (not them) to whisper anything privately into anyone’s ear.
That will become serfdom 2.0 (for the first version, check “feudalism” during European Middle-Age), and it will be reaching unheard of levels of servitude, control, and abuse… Something that most of us will have happily encouraged and made possible, if only by using their products (and by electing their politicians puppets) instead of telling them ‘Thx, but no! Even wrapped in a shiny package with a cute bow I don’t feel like eating your shit.’
That’s the point though
